  • Processing time: Orders are carefully handmade and packed within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery times:
    • UK: 2–5 working days after dispatch
    • International: 7–14 working days after dispatch (may vary during busy seasons)

  • Courier: All orders are sent via Royal Mail for reliable and secure delivery.
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.






Returns & Refunds



  • If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Due to the nature of handmade skincare, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
