We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
1. Returns
- You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Skincare products that have been opened or used

unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 working days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
