  • All orders are processed within 2–4 working days (Monday–Friday) after payment is received.
  • During busy periods (such as Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.






2. Delivery Times



  • We ship using reliable UK postal or courier services.
  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Remote areas may take a little longer.






3. Shipping Rates



  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.
  • Free UK delivery may be offered during promotions — check our homepage for current offers.






4. Order Tracking



  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).






5. Delays



  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal strikes, extreme weather, or other events outside our control.

6. Incorrect Addresses



  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional postage to be resent.
