Nature’s Precious Seed Oil

Rosehip Oil is a beautifully lightweight botanical oil pressed from the seeds of wild rose hips, most commonly from species of Rosa.

Valued for generations, it has become one of the most appreciated oils in skincare because of its nourishing feel and naturally lightweight texture.

Why Skin Century chose it

We chose rosehip oil for its beautifully balanced composition of essential fatty acids, naturally occurring antioxidants, and plant-derived compounds. Its lightweight texture and elegant skin and hair feel make it a wonderful addition to carefully crafted formulations that align with our philosophy of thoughtful ingredient selection.

I enjoy working with Rosehip Oil because it feels beautifully elegant on the skin.

Although lightweight, it leaves the skin feeling soft, cared for and comfortable without feeling overly rich.

It blends beautifully with other botanical oils and butters, helping create moisturisers that feel balanced and gentle enough for everyday use.
